Please choose carefully when selecting quilts, pillows, underlays, toppers, and protectors, as we do not offer refunds or exchanges on these items due to the Health and Hygiene Act.

Layby Policy:

Laybys are valid for 6 weeks from the date of purchase.

Weekly or fortnightly repayments are recommended to avoid cancellation.

A 20% deposit is required and non-refundable if the layby is cancelled.

Please contact the store if you're unable to meet your repayment schedule.

Clearance Items:

No returns or exchanges on clearance items.
